Art Galleries and Museums

GALLERIES IN PARADISE

The Heart of Art in Montana - Livingston Downtown Gallery Walks occurs on the 4th Friday per month during June, July, August and September 5:30 - 8:30 p.m. Meet the artists, enjoy refreshments as you wander from gallery to gallery in search of a piece of distinction to bring home.

MUSEUMS IN PARADISE

The Livingston Museum Association offers serious museums for visitors to Livingston. From fly-fishing to railroading and Yellowstone Park history, not too many communities of this size can boast of the quality and diversity of our historical culture.

Livingston Depot Center
The Northern Pacific Railroad Depot in downtown Livingston has always been the center of the community. Built by the railroad in 1902, it served as a stopping point for tourists heading to Yellowstone National Park. Now the grand old depot has taken on a new life as a museum and community cultural center.

Yellowstone Gateway Museum
On of the most impressive collections of local and state historical artifacts, documents and memorabilia in Montana is on display. The museum features themes from the old School House, a Pioneer cabin, Railroad Room, Yellowstone National Park items and the Native Culture Room featuring the Anzick site.
